David Ferrer – Španija – Rođen 02. aprila 1982.

2000. godine je počeo sa profesionalnim turnirima i od tada je stalni učesnik World Tour-a. Tokom 2007. počeo je da poboljšava rezultate na World Ranking-u. Te godine pobedio je na turnirima u Aucklandu, Bastaadu i Tokiu i bio polufinalista US Opena. U februaru 2008. dostigao je 4. mesto na svetskoj rang listi, a zatim osvojio titule u Valencia i Hertogenboshu.

Ferrer je čuven po upornosti, istrajnosti, borbrenom duhu i nerado priznaje poraze. Naročito je opasan protivnik na šljaci. Preporučujemo snažnu, jaku, moćnu igru protiv ovakvog protivnika.
